Join Curvy Fit Fitness for a fun and energizing 40-minute dance fitness class designed for all bodies, all fitness levels, and all women who just want to move and feel good.

After class, anyone who wants to join is welcome to walk to lunch together at one of the local Bethesda restaurants.
This is optional and food will be at your own cost, but it’s a great way to connect and continue building our community.
