About this Event
Join us for a plus-size winter clothing swap! It’s a fun opportunity to refresh your wardrobe, meet fellow curvy professional women in the Richmond area, and find new styles for the season.
What to Expect:
Check-in is from 12:00 - 12:30 PM—please arrive within this window so we can sort and organize the swappable items. Enjoy our hot cocoa bar and refreshments as you mingle! Bring up to 15 gently used, laundered fall/winter clothing items, and you’ll receive a ticket for each item.
Itinerary:
- 12:00 - 12:30 PM: Check-in & Enjoy Refreshments
- 12:30 - 12:45 PM: Welcome & Brief Overview of the Swap
- 12:45 - 1:30 PM: Round 1 of Shopping – Exchange tickets for one item per ticket. This ensures everyone has a fair chance to swap.
- 1:45 - 3:00 PM: Round 2 of Shopping – After everyone has had a chance to shop, the swap opens up for a free-for-all! No tickets required—grab what you like until all items are gone. Any leftover items will be donated to a local charity.
What to Bring:
- Up to 15 gently used, laundered fall/winter womens clothing items size 0XL/12 and larger.
- No undergarments (socks, bras, shapewear, etc.), but unopened hosiery will be accepted.
