About this Event
Curtis Wilson Alumni Big Band (CWABB) is a multi-generational group of Texas Christian University (TCU) Jazz Band Alumni (including 3 TCU students). The group has made 5 International trips since 2010. We are made up of musicians that still play and sing professionally. The group was started by Curt Wilson, TCU Jazz Band Director Emeritus. Our #1 Goal is to deliver excitement surrounding Jazz Music! We are there for our audience enjoyment. The ensemble is a 20 piece group with 5 saxes, 5 trombones, 5 trumpets and 5 rhythm. Our music is exciting and feature many of our fantastic soloists as well as a vocalist. We even have an R&B Texas tune as our "closer"!
