HIDEN is one of London’s best-kept secrets for Japanese comfort food - known for their heart-warming tapas and their seriously addictive secret-recipe curry.
This winter, HIDEN teams up again with Eric Li (@rumble.vines) - Hong Kong-born ex-consultant turned Sommelier (trained at @noblerotbar and pouring @67pall_mall now), who works with restaurants and chefs to elevate their menus with his thoughtfully selected wines. Eric just finished his last pop-up with @ngchm at @carousel_ldn, he will be bringing a lineup of wines that are fun, expressive, and made to match the food.
Expect: juicy wines, cosy winter bottles, and playful pairings - perfect with Japanese spice, umami, crispy fried bites, and that golden curry warmth.
