A guided paddling experience.About this Event
Please join us for Current Connections, a practice in mindfulness and environmental education with the option of two virtual one-on-one goal-setting sessions.
Canoes, paddles, and lifejackets are provided. Bring whatever you will require to be comfortable on the water, though we suggest sun protection and and hydration.
Two virtual one-on-one goal setting sessions are included. If you are interested, please leave a comment at checkout and one of our Integrative Wilderness Therapists will reach out to you.
T-shirts, tote bags, and snacks will be available for purchase during the event.
