About this Event
There's a lot of buzz around words like "natural," "organic," and "biodynamic" — and not a lot of clarity. This class cuts through it.
Over six wines from sustainably minded producers around the world, we'll explore how vineyard practices and winemaking techniques shape flavor and what these practices look like from vineyard to glass. We'll break down the certifications (and what they do and don't guarantee), and give you a real framework for finding wines you can feel good about.
You'll leave with a better-honed palate, a sharper eye for labels, and a few producers worth knowing.
Approachable for newcomers. Interesting enough for the wine-obsessed.
Included with your ticket:
- Seated wine class in the Curio Wine Cellar with Johnny Puckett, Curio & Rogers Ford Farm Winery owner and winemaker (WSET 3).
- Guided tasting of six unique wines.
- Small plate of cheese and crackers to accompany your wine.
