Join curator Debra Diamond for a tour exploring Buddhist, Hindu, and Indo-Islamic portrayals of women in South Asian art. Highlights include a 3rd-century relief of the Buddha’s mother, a 10th-century bronze of a powerful Hindu queen, and 17th- and 18th-century Mughal paintings depicting women both real and ideal.
