Shakespeare Recovered
Free Curator-Led Tours
Discover the unique history of Durham’s First Folio, and the project to preserve and return it to public display by joining a member of the Shakespeare Recovered project team for a guided tour of our latest exhibition. Your guide will share their unique perspective as you view the First Folio back in its historic home of Bishop Cosin’s Library on Palace Green. During this 45 minute tour you will have the opportunity to hear insights from the guide’s own field of expertise which may be exhibition design, conservation, or rare book curation.
Tours are free but booking is essential
