WISC and WINE is coming offline.
Join us on Wednesday, May 13th, for our inaugural in-person conversation event, where curated dialogue and wine set the tone for a focused and engaging evening.
This is not a typical networking event. WISC and WINE is designed with limited ticket availability (only 24 tickets sold) to maintain a small, intentional setting that encourages meaningful participation.
Each event will feature guest speakers who will share insights into their industry, including successes, challenges, and lessons learned. This creates an opportunity for everyone in the room to listen, learn, ask questions, and contribute to a broader exchange of ideas and best practices.

Our inaugural event guest speaker is Phoebe Fung, Owner and Founder of Vin Room, and a Restaurants Canada Board Member. From Finance, in Oil and Gas, to Proprietor of Calgary’s premier wine bar, with three locations, Mission, West Calgary, and YYC airport.
Attendees will gain a grounded, real-world perspective on how hospitality leaders navigate both current global economic pressures and past disruptions, including the pandemic and local market downturns. This session will explore how proactive planning, adaptability, and disciplined execution enable sustained success in an industry where many businesses struggle to survive.
Phoebe Fung will share how she continues to deliver a curated, high-quality experience across multiple locations, despite fluctuating costs, evolving supply chains, and diverse client expectations.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy beverages curated and selected by the sommelier, along with thoughtfully prepared appetizers and canapés that complement the overall experience, and more than enough to satisfy your appetite. The ticket price also includes two drinks, such as red wine, white wine, rosé, bubbles, beer, nonalcoholic wine, or pop.
