From Wednesday 17th September 2025 and on the third Wednesday of the month thereafter, please join us at St. Swithun's Community Centre for a friendly, warm, welcoming group for blind and partially sighted people of all ages. Enjoy tea, coffee, and biscuits, plus a range of fun activities including games, quizzes, guest speakers, crafts, and more! It's a great chance to relax, connect with others and enjoy some midweek wellbeing together. We will aim for the activities to be a bit different each time so there is always something new to experience. Why not stay for a low-cost, home cooked lunch in the Community Cafe afterwards?Please note the slightly later start time of 10.30 to allow extra time for travel to Eastmoor. This event replaces our Wednesday coffee morning in The Ridings. We are still meeting in The Ridings on the first Monday of the month 10am until 12 noon.
All are welcome, including sighted companions. All events are FREE, although donations towards the cost of providing the refreshments are appreciated. No need to book, just turn up!
