For women who are receiving care from Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Teaching Trust or planning to birth at Pinderfields/Dewsbury Hospital
About this Event

Join us for class 3 of 4.

This session will include:

Realistic expectations - recovery
Looking after your physical and mental health
Support available
Early days with your baby
Responding to your baby
Soothing and coping with crying
Safe sleeping
Practical baby cares - dressing, nappy cares and bathing

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OTHER CLASSES IN THIS SERIES NEED TO BE BOOKED SEPARATELY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND.
