The night starts early—and goes late—at Spy Bar. Dancers and loungers alike are encouraged to come early for cocktails, conversation, and a slow build of energy that carries straight through the night. Perfect for singles, couples, and groups looking to move, mingle, or settle in and enjoy the scene.
On the decks are Saucy Lady and U-Key. Saucy Lady is known for her space-age groove—a warm, seductive blend of soul, funk, disco, and boogie, inspired by the fashion, freedom, and cultural mix of 1970s and ’80s nightclub scenes. Her sets are smooth, stylish, and deeply danceable, setting the tone early and keeping the room locked in all night. U-Key complements the sound with deep jazz-soul-funk, modern funk, and city-pop, keeping the floor moving and the energy flowing.
A special Valentine’s menu from Cósmica Mexican Food & Bar’s kitchen will be served at Spy Bar (limited seating). Dinner reservations are best between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM. After that, there’s plenty of room to dance, mingle, and stay close.
Upstairs at Cósmica, it’s salsa night—high-energy Latin rhythms, flowing tequila and mezcal, and a festive atmosphere. Guests are invited to start upstairs and end downstairs—or begin at Spy Bar and finish the night at Cósmica. Two floors. Two moods. One seamless Valentine’s night.
