Cumbuca is a family-run catering project with a deep love for sharing the vibrant and diverse flavors of Brazilian cuisine in Amsterdam.

Whether you're a Feijoada enthusiast or tasting this iconic dish for the first time, you're in for an afternoon filled with warmth, mouth-watering food, and great company.

What is Feijoada? The vibrant and diverse flavors of Brazilian cuisine. Feijoada is a classic Brazilian stew, slow-cooked with black beans and a variety of savory pork. This is a pre-registered event with time slots to ensure everyone enjoys a freshly prepared meal. We will also offer convenient takeaway pick-up throughout the day.

Our Feijoada Completa menu includes:

• Black Bean Stew (featuring sausages, smoked pork ribs, and bacon)
• Arroz (fluffy white rice)
• Vinaigrette (a refreshing tomato and onion vinaigrette)
• Farofa (toasted cassava flour with bacon and onions)
• Orange Slices (for a zesty, refreshing touch)
• Sautéed Kale
• Pudim (a smooth and indulgent condensed milk flan for dessert). Additionally, we will also be serving a menu of Vegetarian Feijoada:

• Vegan Black Bean Stew (featuring plant-based sausages, smoked tofu, beetroot, mushrooms, and carrots)
• Arroz (fluffy white rice)
• Vinaigrette (a refreshing tomato, paprika, and onion vinaigrette)
• Farofa (toasted cassava flour with onions)
• Orange Slices (for a zesty, refreshing touch)
• Sautéed Kale
• Pudim (a smooth and indulgent condensed milk flan for dessert)
• Feijoada de Feijão Preto (com linguiças, costelinha de porco defumada e bacon)
• Arroz
• Vinagrete (vinagrete de tomate,pimentão e cebola)
• Farofa (farofa de mandioca com bacon e cebola)
• Fatias de Laranja
• Couve Refogada (
• Pudim (pudim de leite condensado como sobremesa)

Note: The black bean stew and side dishes are vegan, but since the dessert contains dairy, we offer this as a vegetarian menu.
