Welcome to the Cumbria Power of Now Group! We meet fortnightly on a Monday evening in Kendal to explore the spiritual bestseller 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle.
Meetings include listening to a section of 'The Power of Now' audiobook and time for stillness, followed by informal discussion over tea/coffee and biscuits. You are welcome to join us whether you are familiar with this book or not.
