Applying the principles of elite sports to the workplace, join this in-person training day to explore a range of practical skills on ‘Managing for Success and Wellbeing’. This curated one-day programme focuses on enabling organisations, teams and leaders to build vibrant cultures where people want to show up, support and push each other to be better, and sustainably realise their goals.
Led by Ridgeflow Performance founder Khalil Rener, BSc, MSc - a top-tier sports scientist, leadership consultant and performance coach – Khalil has worked with global teams, startups, charities, and thousands of leaders, helping them create workplaces where people thrive, perform at their best and enjoy working together.
This programme is CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accredited. To gain the most from the sessions, we ask delegates to join for the full day programme - however delegates can also attend for either the morning or afternoon programme.

Managing for Success and Wellbeing: Maintaining High-Performing Teams
Info: This interactive and practical workshop is designed to help managers understand, prioritise and actively support wellbeing - both for their teams and themselves. This session explores why wellbeing matters, highlighting how healthier, happier teams are more engaged, take fewer sick days and perform more sustainably. Managers will learn to recognise the many dimensions of wellbeing - including mental health, sleep, physical activity, and digital habits - and how these impact daily performance and long-term resilience. Managers will be equipped with skills to support their team’s wellbeing, helping tailor approaches to the unique needs of individuals and teams, through real-life scenarios and group discussion. Finally, the focus will turn inward - because a well manager is a better manager. Participants will explore Ridgeflow Performance’s key areas of wellbeing and discover practical ways to integrate them into their own lives.
