Cuisine tastings included Hinkal (meat dumpling), Eggplant Kebab,Sawsa (spinach & cheese pastry), Osh (Fried rice pilaf) and Veggie Dorma (vegetarian cabbage roll) along with Desserts (Euro & Honey cake, Bajadere, Baklava and Walnut cookie).
