One day. Big energy. Real talk about the future of work - without the doom. This is a space for people who want to build something better.
About this Event

Culture Camp is a one-day gathering for people who believe work can (and should) be better.

This is a space for people who want to build something better; with optimism, creativity and heart.

No corporate fluff. No death by PowerPoint.

Just bold ideas, real talk, and a brilliant community of people who care about how we lead, support and shape the world of work.

What you’ll get:

  • A full day of inspiring talks, energising workshops and thought-provoking discussion.
  • Big topics like: compassionate leadership, inclusive culture, coaching, wellbeing that actually works, and the future of work.
  • An atmosphere of warmth, energy and optimism.
  • Fresh thinking and practical ideas you’ll want to take back to your team the next day.

Who’s it for?

People leaders. HR, L&D, DEI, ops, founders, managers, coaches, creatives and anyone who believes culture is everyone’s job.

You don’t need a fancy title. You just need the desire to make work better - and the courage to do something about it.

Where?

We’re keeping it local: Culture Camp will take place in Liverpool city centre.
We have secured an amazing venue - LEAF on Bold Street, Liverpool.

When?

22nd October 2025 | 9:30am – 4:30pm

Tickets:

  • Early Bird: £105 (limited release – once they’re gone, they’re gone)
  • Standard Price: £150

Speakers

We’ve got some AMAZING speakers lined up.

Jo Wright - the incredible author of No More Sh*t Managers is going to be talking to us about creating coaching cultures in our businesses.

Lucy Carpenter of Hospice UK will be speaking about compassionate leadership, and how we can show up for our people in their most difficult moments.

Kieran Innes CEO of Stribe and Tootoot is running a session on multigenerational teams - and how employee voice is the secret sauce in making them work.

Chris Chamberlain of Guernsey Mind is going to be speaking about the gap between wellbeing and high performance, that the two can exist at the same time.

Shurron Rosales is an Inclusion Specialist. Shurron will be leading us through a session on ‘How our mistakes can light the path to real Inclusion (if we let them)’.

Gemma Ellison Culture Director of Heart Leadership is going to wrap things up by talking about culture by design.

Why Culture Camp?

Because too many conversations about the future of work are pessimistic.
Because we believe hope and optimism is a strategy.
Because community beats competition.
Because leadership isn’t about power; it’s about presence, compassion and courage.

Culture Camp is a space to think big, slow down, connect deeply and leave recharged.
