Our purpose is to support men in re-connecting and deepening their relationship to themselves, others and nature.

Providing evidenced based tools to strengthen and sustain you through life's difficulties.
The weekend is carefully curated to include somatic / movement based learning, breathwork, authentic sharing and written reflections to cater for all learning styles.
We've crafted a 64 page work book with Practical tools from Positive Psychology, Acceptance Commitment Training, NLP, Self-compassion, Forgiveness and Coping mechanisms that you'll take home with you to continue the practice.

Allowing ourselves to be curious about how we live and the path we are on.

Discussing what it means to be a man in today's world, the language available to us and what may need to change for us to achive balance in our lives.

We'll be guiding you through a number of exercises and providing you tools to help navigate the struggles we all encounter in our daily lives.



Where & Accomodation.

Most of the sessions will run outdoors to make the most of our time in nature with access to woodland huts for alternatives and break out sessions.


We have options for sleeping indoors or camping.

What's the flow of the weekend?

Each day has curated activities, all flow one into another. Each are invitations so you can truly check in with yourself for what is useful for you.

The weekend is in 3 parts. Landing, Being with and letting go & Creation.


Friday 'Landing'

Arrival (4-6pm)

Arriving and either set up camp or unpack in our accomodation in the woods

Creating the container

Introductions & co-creating the space we are all sharing for the weekend.

Food + Fire

Authentic Malaysian street-food and fire circle conversations


Saturday 'Being with & Letting Go'

Starting the day with activities to wake up the body, voice and mind

Patterns of Behaviour

Exploring and recognising our personal dependencies, coping mechanisms and habits.

Practical tools from CBT, CBC & ACT

Exploring different evidenced based methodologies that's being used all over the world.

Forest Bathing + Trust

Practical mindfulness in nature and somatic exploration of trust.

How is it to fully trust another? How is it to be fully trusted by another?

Shining a light on fear

Exploration of fear and how it can hold us back.

Guilt, Shame and Forgiveness

How can we develop a better awareness to these topics? How can we release what is holding us back?

Fireside Feast + Fire Circle

The evening is rounded off with fireside feast fusing Argentinian way of roasting with Malaysian flavours.

Chef K is preparing something spectacular for us.
