About this Event
Cultivating Mindful Intentions for the New Year
The arrival of the New Year marks a significant moment for self-reflection and goal-setting. However, what if we shifted our focus from the constant pursuit of "improvement" to cultivating intentions that resonate with our core values? What might unfold if we approached this process from a place of self-acceptance and a tranquil, clear mind?
Mindfulness invites a deep connection with ourselves and a space of stillness. Following a mindfulness meditation for clarity and grounding, the workshop will move into guided journaling designed to articulate our intentions and outline actions and goals that align with these intentions. This nourishing session blends Eastern and Western approaches to help you tap into your intuition and gain clarity on how to grow this year.
Connect with like-minded individuals and kickstart your year with intention, clarity, delightful tea, and a special gift!
