Inspired by the Yoga Sutras, this two-hour workshop explores the subtle patterns that cloud joy and keep us from fully inhabiting the heart. Through discussion, reflection, and interactive experiences, we’ll uncover the five afflictions that obscure the heart and veil our natural sense of happiness. Guided by yoga wisdom, you’ll learn to recognize and soften these patterns, creating space for greater joy and peace in your life.DATE: Saturday, March 7

Please bring your own yoga mat. Studio mat rentals are $3 each.
Before you arrive:
We warmly invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can settle in and fully enjoy the experience. Our events and classes begin and end on time to honor everyone’s practice. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees, presenters, and staff, doors will be closed at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not be able to enter once doors are closed, so we encourage you to plan to arrive a little early.
All reservations for Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are for the specific date purchased and are nonrefundable. In the rare case that a workshop or event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. Please note that absences or late arrivals cannot be refunded.
