About this Event

This year we're highlighting ways to create and restore flourishing garden ecosystems. Experts from Portland State University and the MidCoast Watersheds Council will address strategies for Cultivating Garden Ecosystems in your own backyard. Information tables staffed by our very own Lincoln County Certified Master Gardeners™ will be available on a variety of topics following the keynote speakers. Agenda and speaker bios are listed below. We would love for you to join us to learn how to make your garden contribute to robust and healthy ecoystems.

This event is FREE and open to the public. Pre-registration is required due to limited seating, so reserve your spot today! You will receive a confirmation email upon registration and a reminder email prior to the event. Registration closes when sold out.

Doors open at 8:45 am. Coffee and tea provided. Conference will begin promptly at 9:30 am.

We will be collecting food donations at the door for the Food Share of Lincoln County. If you are able, please bring some non-perishable foods. Foods that are packaged in glass or are expired will not be accepted. The most needed items are peanut butter, low-sugar canned fruits and jams, packaged dried fruits, chili, cereal, canned proteins, and hearty soups.

Accommodation requests related to a disability should be made by March 14 to Ross at [email protected] or Trish at (619) 985-3515. The venue is wheelchair accessible with ample seating available. Parking is available on site and on the street, with 3 handicap designated spots. Masks will be available at the check-in desk and are optional.
