About this Event
Cultivating Calm: Positive Psychology & Mindfulness
Develop the tools you need for navigating stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Mary Rose Dias - Positive Psychology Practitioner (MSc), Yoga Therapist, and Certified iRest®️ Meditation Teacher - will be leading a nourishing and practical evening exploring how mindfulness and positive psychology can help us cultivate greater calm, resilience, and inner steadiness.
Life can be demanding, and when stress builds in our system, it can become difficult to access clarity, ease, and perspective. While we can’t always remove life’s challenges, we can learn to shift our relationship with stress and develop tools that help us meet it with greater awareness and self-compassion.
Through guided meditation, reflection, and experiential practices, you’ll be introduced to accessible tools to help you:
• Regulate stress and settle anxiety
• Connect with a deeper sense of inner safety and steadiness
• Clarify intentions and reconnect with what matters most
• Access practical resources for greater calm and wellbeing in everyday life
Together, we’ll explore grounding practices drawn from mindfulness, meditation, and positive psychology, beginning and ending with guided meditation to support integration and deep rest.
This is more than just developing a mindset, you’ll be leaving with something practical to draw upon long after the evening ends.
Open to all - no prior meditation experience needed.
Plus - there is an amazing plant-based dinner & dessert included in your ticket! Stay back for the good food & great company.
