Cultivating Calm & Resilience: Coping Skills for Living with PD
Join us at Eden Prairie City Center on April 28, 2026 for an evening of learning and support. This event is designed to provide practical tools and strategies for managing stress and building resilience while living with Parkinson's Disease. Led by SPC Social Worker Lacey Severson & Stephanie Kimmes, Music Therapist.
Event is located in the Heritage Rooms on the lower level.Use first door - marked "History & Police" to access elevator & stairs.

In recognition of Parkinson's Awareness Month, Struthers Parkinson's Center - West & East - will host 4 seminars on Tuesday evenings in April. We hope you can join us for important medical information as well as practical strategies for coping with common challenges seen in Parkinson's disease.
