About this Event
"I know there is strength in the differences between us. I know there is comfort where we overlap." - Ani DiFranco
How do you strengthen belonging in your community or organization? How can we bring people together in today's challenging times?
For over 20 years, HTI Catalysts has been advancing justice and belonging through our partnerships with clients and, more recently, through our public offering: Listening 4 Justice.
Join us for a "behind-the-scenes" look at the HTI approach to DEI work, which is grounded in three core skills: deep listening, storytelling, and caring for our emotions. In this workshop you'll get to experience some of the ways we invite people to practice these core skills. You'll also learn about the facilitation tools and techniques we use to uplift the strengths and identities of all people and offer pathways into the work, no matter where people are in their journeys. You'll leave with practical approaches you can apply immediately in your own context.
Whether you're a team leader, educator, community organizer, DEI practitioner, or simply someone committed to building bridges across differences, we promise you'll find something meaningful in this offering.
Register today for this two-hour experience that will add valuable tools to your toolbox and is sure to nourish your soul.
