Join us for a knife skills master class with Executive Chef Michael Gaul at the Mohave Cooperative Extension Kitchen. This hands-on, two-day class is designed to build confidence, improve technique, and make cooking safer and more enjoyable. You will be preparing French Onion and Vegetable Soup. March 25 & 26, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
