Discover 'Nduja, the spicy, creamy, spreadable salami unique to Calabria, particularly Vibo Valentia, Chef Luciano’s ancestral province. Learn its versatile uses in Calabrian cuisine—from crostini to pasta sauces and beyond. Named from Latin "inducere," meaning "to insert," it's linked etymologically with salamis like Piedmont's salam dla doja and France's Andouille.
Chef Luciano will guide you through making and aging 'Nduja, with hands-on participation. By the end, you’ll have your own 'Nduja to take home.
