Experience the Flavors of the Amalfi Coast
Join us for a special edition of the Growing Up Italian series, where we explore the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of the Amalfi Coast. This interactive class will introduce you to handmade pasta techniques and the art of assembling a classic Italian dessert.
Menu
Welcome Snack – Focaccia and a regional antipasti platter
Pasta al Limone – Fresh tagliatelle made from scratch, pressed with edible flowers, and served in a delicate lemon sauce
Delizia al Limone – A traditional sponge cake filled with silky lemon custard
Guests will take part in making handcrafted pasta, learning how to roll, shape, and press edible flowers into the dough. The dessert will be partially prepared, with guests assisting in the final assembly.

- Wine, beer, mixed drinks, and soft drinks will be available for purchase. Guests may bring their own wine for a $15 corkage fee.
