About this Event
Learn hands-on how to make hot cocoa cookies! While Culikid's virtual classes are paced to be accessible for a neurodivergent child, they are open to everyone! All ages and abilities are welcome to join!
This class will involve measuring, mixing, and using the oven. Adult assistance is suggested if your child or teen needs help with any of the above as well as following verbal directions, staying on task, and initiating tasks. This class will take approximately 1 hour.
Ingredients and supplies needed:
- All-purpose flour
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Unsalted butter
- Light brown sugar
- Granulated sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Large marshmallows
- Chocolate (for garnish)
Register once per household (not for each individual). Once you register, you will be sent the Zoom meeting link followed by the full ingredient and supply list. If you have any questions about the class or ingredients you can substitute, email us at [email protected].
