Our AGM will be on Monday, 24th February starting at 7pm in Culbokie Church Centre. The AGM is expected to last for around 30 minutes after which there will be a short break for tea/coffee and biscuits followed by the latest updates on the Culbokie Green and Community Hub developments. These updates will last for around 20 minutes followed by time for questions and answers.
Both the AGM and talk are open to members and non-members. If you would like to attend virtually then please send an e-mail to: [email protected] and we will send you the joining instructions. We hope many of you are able to join us to review the year and look forward to the future. If you are unable to attend please send a proxy nomination form to designate a proxy to someone who will either attend in person or remotely. The proxy nomination forms are available from our website. Completed proxy nomination forms should be sent to [email protected].
The papers for the meeting are all available on the CCT website: https://www.culbokiect.org/news/cct-agm-14-jan-2025
We are very keen to recruit new Board members so please consider putting yourself forward. We can utilise a wide variety of skills and people who can link us to different parts of the community. A brief description of the role of a Board member and a nomination form is available by contacting our Minute Secretary on 01349 870996 or by e-mail to: [email protected] or from the CCT website. Each nominee must be proposed by two other members and we can help to arrange this. The closing date for nominations is Monday 17th February.
