2026 May Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland Workshop with Tina-Marie This Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland workshop consists of two half days and will take place on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2026 from 09:30 to 14:30 in the Grow Room, Republic of Work, 12 South Mall, Cork city.
Antenatal Ireland Workshops offer a fun and interactive way to learn all about the arrival of your baby.
Tina-Marie prides herself in supporting you to make informed decisions for birth and parenting. We take a maximum of eight couples on our courses. This ensures that you get the time and attention to have all your questions answered.
As an Antenatal Ireland educator, she facilitates through the principals of adult education. Her classes are interactive with lots of time for questions and for practicing skills needed for labour and early parenthood. Every course is tailored to the individual needs of the group.
Some of the topics covered include:
* Informed decision making
* Positions for Labour & Birth
* Stages of labour
* Role of hormones and how to get them flowing
* Comfort measures
* Role of the partner
* Pain relief (natural & pharmacological)
* Induction, Assisted Birth, Caesarean Birth
* Breastfeeding
* Early parenting
Investment includes attendance for birthing woman/person and birthing partner on both days Saturday 16th May 2026 from 09:30 to 14:30 and Sunday 17th May 2026 from 09:30 to 14:30.
Cuidiú Branch membership for 2026 is also included.
