After the summer break, our beloved Cuddle Workshops launch again, with the new "MEDITATIONS" series on September 28, 2005, starting at 5 pm. The Cuddle Workshops offer a special place to experience Platonic touch, explore non-verbal communication, and build connections that are deep, meaningful, and heartfelt. Some describe the experience as trance-like, psychedelic, without the use of any substances. Touch releases oxytocin, the happiness hormone, which, combined with the safety of an inclusive, non-judgmental place, gives the feeling of swimming in a sea of love.

September 28, 2025, at 5 pm.
From 5 pm to 5.30 pm, we will have a round of 'meet and mingle' where we share tea, sandwiches, and snacks and let ourselves arrive gently. At 5.30 we'll open the cuddle space with a brief meditation, please do not arrive later than that.
The workshop lasts until 8.30. At half-time, we will have a break with a little buffet. If you like, you may contribute some vegetarian snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, which are greatly appreciated.
