This is an in-person, co-ed gathering all about platonic connection, comfort, and consent. It’s a space to slow down and reconnect—starting with yourself, and then with others—through clear, enthusiastic consent, optional platonic touch, and conversation. We start by landing in our bodies. Lisa leads a gentle, grounding breath practice to help you arrive, shake off the day, and settle your nervous system. From there, Zelideh guides us into connecting with others—playfully, respectfully, and always at a pace that honors choice.
This space is for all bodies and all experience levels. Whether you’re brand new, a seasoned cuddler, coming solo, or arriving with a partner—you belong here. Touch is always optional. You never have to cuddle, hug, or even sit close if you don’t want to. Around here, boundaries aren’t just respected—they’re celebrated.
By the end of the experience, many people leave feeling relaxed, supported, and connected
What Will We Do?
We begin with a heart-opening welcome circle, followed by gentle relaxation activities and consent-themed communication exercises. The experience culminates in a voluntary Cuddle Lab, where participants may explore consensual, Rated-G touch in a structured and respectful environment.
You may participate without touching at all.
You may change your mind at any time.
You may leave at any time, for any reason.
What’s the Schedule?

Health Guidelines
Please skip this event if you’re feeling sick or may be contagious.
Hygiene
Hygiene matters. Fresh breath and a recent shower help remove barriers to closeness and make shared space more comfortable for everyone. Please arrive free of perfumes, colognes, smoke, or strong body products.
Intoxicants
Please arrive and remain sober throughout the event.
You may notice a natural lift in mood from connection and touch—often attributed to oxytocin, aka the hug hormone.
What Should I Bring?
If you have preferred pillows for support, otherwise the studio has bolsters and other props that can be used.
A water bottle is encouraged.
What Should I Wear?
Wear clothing that’s comfortable for relaxing and cuddling—soft, cozy pajamas, cotton t-shirts, sweatpants, leggings.
Tank tops and shorts are fine (this is the minimum clothing requirement).
If possible, arrive already in your cuddly clothing to help minimize bathroom lines.
Getting Up & Down / Accessibility
Our space will be set up primarily with cushions on the floor, and many activities will take place there. If you have questions, please reach out to us.
