This autumn we’re opening the doors for not just one, but three evenings of Cuddle Space at Mashti.Each event is built on the same foundation – a safe, non-sexual, non-performative space where we explore touch, presence, and gentle human connection – but with a unique flavor and entrance each time.
✨ Wednesday, October 22 – Contact Impro Cuddle Puddle with Thomas and Miwa
Alongside cuddling we’ll explore playful contact improvisation as a way of meeting through the body. Miwa – intuitive artist and trauma-informed facilitator – will guide us into movement, softness and embodied connection.
✨ Monday, November 17 – Cacao & Cuddle Puddle with Thomas
We begin by sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, opening our senses and hearts before moving into cuddling and deep rest together.
✨ Thursday, November 27 – Harmonizing Cuddle Puddle with Thomas and Jacqueline
In this session, Jacqueline brings her gifts of harmonizing presence, weaving sound, care and subtle guidance into the cuddle space.
Limited to 20 participants – spaces fill up fast!
Come for one or join all three – each gathering is a chance to land, connect, and explore closeness in different ways. Always with the same heart: safe, nourishing human contact.
The evening begins with a short workshop on consent and boundaries, so everyone feels safe and clear before we open up for a cuddle puddle. Here, you can choose to cuddle, lean, rest, or simply enjoy the calm presence of others. Everything is optional, and touch always happens by choice.
You are welcome exactly as you are. No need to do, be, or prove anything. ✨
This space is open to all genders, bodies, and backgrounds. It’s for anyone who wants to experience closeness without it being charged or goal-oriented – whether you're touch-starved, nervous, curious, or just want to be held.

About the Facilitator
Thomas is a certified Gestalt therapist, drama teacher, and curious human who’s passionate about creating safe spaces for people to explore connection, emotion, and presence. He brings years of experience from both therapeutic and creative settings, with a special focus on emotional awareness, consent, and embodied communication. Thomas holds space with warmth, clarity, and a deep respect for boundaries.
