Enjoy a fun and lively Cuban Salsa basics class with London Met grad and member of staff Aaron. Open to all, you don't need any equipment, prior experience or skill to join. Learn the basic steps by yourself and with rotational partners.
Cuban Salsa dancing places a strong emphasis on circular movements, fluid body motion, and spontaneous improvisation. Aside from the benefits of movement and music, dancing also allows us to become more connected and social. These social interactions can go a long way in improving mood and mental health.
This event is only open to London Metropolitan University students and staff.
