Jacqueline Kurdziel is the founder and principal consultant at West End. As a former marketing and growth leader at 3x venture-backed startups that scaled to successful exits by leading brands including Northwestern Mutual, WeWork, and Seismic, she's launched a 2025 TIME Best Invention of the Year, an Amazon best-selling book, and dozens of strategic growth initiatives that have unlocked new market opportunities and driven hundreds of millions in revenue.
