The secret to scaling up and down seamlessly: A three-pronged strategy
About this Event

Scaling an organisation—whether up or down—can be one of the most significant challenges leaders face. This discussion will explore how to build a flexible structure that allows for seamless scaling while optimising costs, all without compromising on culture or productivity.

Led by Iain Bishop, CEO of Damilah, and Louise May, Director of Product Management at Product Focus, this fireside chat will draw on their extensive experience in tech leadership and product management, sharing real-world examples and actionable strategies.

Key Discussion Points:

  • Discover how to retain core expertise while building a flexible resource pool that can expand or contract as needed, minimising costs without sacrificing talent or efficiency.
  • Three Teams, One Culture: Learn how to foster a unified company culture across different teams, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout.
  • Explore the importance of nurturing a culture of transparency and collaboration, where teams work autonomously but remain aligned with organisational goals.
  • Gain insights into balancing team autonomy while maintaining cohesive, integrated workflows across the organisation.
