You don’t need any specific education or work experience to become a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Process to Achieve CSM:

Step 1: Enroll in a 16-hour live, instructor-led CSM training course

Step 2: Actively participate in class exercises, case studies, and group discussions

Step 3: Take the CSM exam; 50 multiple-choice questions, 60-minute time limit

Step 4: Score a minimum of 74% (37 correct answers) to pass and to become a Certified Scrum Master
