About this Event
This workshop explores what it means to lead people, not just performance. Focusing on self awareness, emotional intelligence and trust, participants will reflect on how they show up as leaders and the impact this has on others.
Through guided reflection, discussion and practical scenarios, leaders will develop more human-centred approaches to building trust, strengthening relationships and leading effectively through challenge and uncertainty.
Key themes include:

- Trust, empathy and psychological safety
- Leading people through change and uncertainty
- Small behavioural shifts that make a big difference
Participants leave with practical insights and clear actions they can apply immediately in their leadership practice.
The workshop will run from 10am-12pm, and participants are invited afterwards to stay for a light lunch.
Facilitator:
Dr Ann Mulhaney is the Associate Professor for Change Management at the Salford Business School’s Centre for Sustainable Innovation. Ann has both an academic and industry background working for both small and large businesses across the region.
