Join The Soul Sanctuary for our community Sound Journey series offered through Grove City Parks and Recreation. Enjoy our Crystal Vibrations experience including 8 crystal singing bowls, a crystal pyramid, a weighted tuning fork, and a Native American inspired wooden flute.
We'll begin with a guided meditation to help your body relax and your mind to settle as we journey into a different meditation theme each month. March's theme is "Tending to Your Inner Garden".
Once the meditation is complete and the crystal vibrations start to soothe your nervous system, I will come around to each person to assist with opening, clearing, reconnecting, and/or amplifying their energetic resonance. The energy exchange will be completed with a weighted tuning fork to seal in the harmonic frequencies. Please note, you will also have the opportunity to opt out of the energy exchange portion of the experience if you choose.
After the individualized energy work, you will experience a pure quartz crystal pyramid sing its calming frequencies over your body. Due to their geometric shape, the sharper, more expansive tones of the crystal pyramid penetrates deeply into your energetic field to cleanse any stagnant energy, support the body's natural healing processes, and promote inner harmony.
We will close our sound journey with the warm, grounding sound of a native-inspired double flute. Once the final note fades, I will gently guide you back into your awareness slowly, softly, and without rush so you can emerge clear, grounded, and fully present.
Our Sound Journey series is hosted by a husband-and-wife duo, bringing balanced masculine and feminine energy into the space. Monika is a Reiki Master, certified Sound Healer, an Access Consciousness Practitioner, as well as a practitioner of various other energetic modalities. Derek is Reiki 1 and Animal Reiki certified and has been a natural musician most of his life. He has taught himself to play the guitar, drums, singing bowls, and native-inspired wood flutes.
