💎 All my sessions start with meditation of body relaxation and stilling the mind, and finish with soft landing into the space and body.
💎 All my instruments are tuned in the frequency of 432hz, which is the sound frequency of the Universe, a healing and deeply relaxing frequency that harmonize us with omnipresent Mather Nature. This “heartbeat” resonates sympathetically with our bodies' atoms, thought waves, and even our DNA respond positively as we are exposed to it. Listening to a sound at 432 Hz is especially pleasing to the ear, and said to reduce stress and promote emotional stability by putting you in sync with the “heartbeat of the Earth.”

I have been working with sound since childhood as I attended music conservatory, where I graduated with diploma in Piano. Later I have been teaching music and playing piano. In 2019 I started exploring benefits of sound in a therapy and went deeper into sound healing with crystal instruments and gongs. In 2020 I did a course in Gong Therapy, after which I created and held a safe space for many people.
I am also Yoga Teacher (500h Yoga Alliance), meditation teacher (Zen), and Reiki Master
