The sound and vibration of Crystal sound bowls reduces stress and tension and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing the mind and body begins.

Please join us for this spiritual ‘Nature's Teachings' crystal bowl sound bath session set to relaxing background meditation music for the ultimate mind body and spirit experience.

Yoga mats and light blankets available, however, please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
