*Limited seating under the copper pyramid when used so first come first serve-however the entire space benefits.
*You may bring a mat/blanket/cushion if you like-there will be a few available for use.
*Bring plenty of water to hydrate.
*Doors close PROMPTLY at the start of class and late comers will not be able to be admitted.
