• Mats, blankets & bolsters provided
• Dress comfortably — you’ll be laying down most of the time
• Bring water, a journal, and anything else for comfort (blanket, pillow, eye cover)
• Doors open at 9:20am & lock at 9:30am to honor the space and all participants
