Crystal Singing Bowls 101 is a beginner-friendly, immersive introduction to the art and science of healing sound.
In this experiential workshop, you’ll explore:
• How to play crystal singing bowls with ease, including hand positioning, chiming, and tone creation
• The origins of crystal singing bowls and how they’re used in sound healing
• Ways sound supports relaxation, meditation, and nervous system balance
• How to work with singing bowls for personal practice and everyday wellbeing
This class is welcoming and supportive, whether you’re brand new or already familiar with singing bowls. You’ll leave with practical skills, embodied understanding, and simple tools you can use right away to bring sound into your daily life.
All levels are welcome! Choose one of my crystal singing bowls to play with, or bring your own.
