Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, has been used for centuries to promote respiratory health and overall well-being, which makes it the perfect companion therapy for Sound Healing. Indulge in the soothing energies of The Salt Room, where Himalayan salt-draped walls and floors release negative ions, enveloping you in relaxation and promoting a deep, rejuvenating breathing experience. The natural healing properties of salt can help alleviate symptoms of asthma, allergies, and other respiratory conditions.
Dinah Harpenau is a Certified Sound Healer accredited by the Complimentary Medical Association, as well as a Reiki Master and Quantum Source Light Energy Healing Practitioner. You need only arrive with an open heart and open mind. Nothing else is required of you. For your comfort, please bring a mat, pillow, blanket or sleeping bag to lie on. Chairs will also be available for those who wish.
The event will take place at the Salt Room. The exchange will be $50 per person which includes the halotherapy session. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
