Crystal Singing bowls are made of quartz and tuned to the body’s chakra centers. They help to repair, open, heal and balance those centers. The playing of the bowls recalibrates and rebalances the chakra system. I use a full set of 7 bowls, each bowl tuned specifically to each chakra. With intention, I play the bowl using a suede-covered mallet. The tone creates waves that affect the body.
