This workshop teaches you how to work with crystals intentionally: what each one does, how to use them, and how to integrate them into your daily life to support balance, clarity, and energetic alignment.
Crystals are part of Mother Gaia—ancient allies formed at the birth of the Earth. When used with intention, they become powerful tools for clarity, balance, and energetic coherence. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to work with these tools in a way that’s practical, embodied, and deeply empowering.
Each participant will be provided with a full set of crystals to work with during the experience (available for purchase afterward if you wish). Natasha will guide you through each crystal with activation, meditation, and chakra alignment—teaching you how to connect them to your energy centers and aura field. You’ll learn what each crystal does, when to use it, and how to integrate it into your daily life so they become living tools rather than objects collecting dust on a shelf.
The heart of this workshop is learning how to support yourself in moments of imbalance—when you feel off, out of character, or disconnected. You’ll be shown how to reprogram your energy and return to a higher, more coherent frequency. This is about self-mastery: knowing how to tune your own system and come back into alignment whenever life pulls you off center.
Everyone deserves a crystal toolkit and the knowledge to use it. Once you unlock these skills, you’ll have a method you can return to anytime you need a reset—a way to feel alive, grounded, and aligned again.

Held at Studio Be’s new location, this guided journey weaves crystal healing with sound to deepen integration, relaxation, and restoration. It is designed to anchor what you’ve learned, allowing your body and nervous system to fully receive and embody the work.
You may attend the workshop on its own or choose to stay for both experiences for a full morning of energetic alignment, education, and restoration.
