About this Event
Join Elissa for a peaceful Sunday morning Crystal Guided Body Scan Sound Bath — a one-hour immersive experience designed to bring awareness, relaxation, and energetic balance to the body.
Each guest will receive a selection of crystals to hold or place on the body throughout a guided body scan meditation, helping deepen connection, presence, and intention as you gently move awareness through each area of the body.
As you relax into the experience, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, creating a calming soundscape to support release, restoration, and inner harmony.
Mats and meditation pillows are provided. We recommend bringing a blanket, pillow, eye covering, and anything else that helps you feel cozy and comfortable.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply restored.
