From there, we’ll move into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments to wash over you. This is a time to let go. A time to surrender the weight of stress, of doubt, of fear—and simply receive. The vibrations will meet you exactly where you are, helping to dissolve tension and restore your natural flow of energy.
And because connection is a vital part of healing, we will end our evening with tea, cookies, and conversation, allowing you to integrate the experience, share insights, and connect with like-minded souls.
