Sound Bath
Join Stacey Friedman, CHMRP, of Lucky Girl Health & Wellness for a beautiful experience bathing your body and mind in harmonic frequencies designed to realign your chakras and cleanse your cells of any toxic residues. Stacey will open the sacred space with a short guided meditation and then play the quartz crystal bowls to soothe and relax you. She will be offering an optional mini-attunement with tuning fork before and then with a crystal pyramid after. Participants are encouraged to bring water, soft blankets, pillows, extra yoga mats, crystals and any other items that will help them feel more supported and comfortable throughout the sound bath. If you are sensitive to sound, you may want to bring ear plugs in case you need them.
